Custom AI architecture
The interesting systems in a real company are rarely the ones with a public integration. This is the work of connecting the ERP nobody has heard of, the internal tool built in 2016, and the process that only exists as a habit.
We ship connections to Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bosta and Paymob today, and for an ecommerce brand that covers most of the surface. For an enterprise it usually doesn't. The system that holds the truth is an ERP with a bespoke schema, a database somebody's predecessor designed, or a process that runs on a shared drive and a habit.
This service is that work: reading the system as it actually is, designing how it should be represented in the Mind, building the connection, and proving the data comes through correctly before anything is built on top of it.
It is also where genuinely unusual operators get designed. Not a variation on support or finance, but a role specific to how your industry works — which means the shape gets designed with you rather than picked from a menu.
- If it has an API, a database, a file drop or an export, it can usually be connected.
- We prove the data is correct before we build anything that depends on it.
- The integration is documented, and it is yours.
- Where a system genuinely can't be connected safely, we say so instead of building a workaround that breaks later.
The things that leave the engagement with you.
Each item below is a deliverable, not an activity — something you can read, run or hand to someone else. You own all of it, including the operators built for you.
Integration assessment
For each target system: how it can be reached, what it exposes, what it costs to keep connected, and the honest risks.
Data model design
How the system's entities map into the Mind, decided explicitly rather than inferred, so downstream answers stay consistent.
The connector
Built, tested against your live data, and documented — including how it behaves when the upstream system is down.
Correctness checks
Reconciliation against a source you already trust, so you can see the connected numbers match before you rely on them.
Custom operator design
Where the role doesn't exist yet, the charter for it: responsibility, scope, escalation and approval rules, designed with your team.
Architecture documentation
What was built, why it was shaped that way, and what a future engineer needs to know to change it.
Delivered in phases, each one reviewed and signed off before the next begins.
The full engagement runs Understand → Connect → Build the Mind → Deploy operators → Operate → Learn. These are the phases this service does its work in. Any phase that hasn't started yet is fully refundable.
Understand
The real constraint is usually the system's history, so we start by reading it, not the docs.
Connect
The connector is built and reconciled against a source you already trust.
Build the Mind
The new source becomes part of the same picture, not a side channel.
Deploy operators
Where the role is genuinely new, it is designed with your team before it is built.
It is more useful to know when this is the wrong buy.
- The system that matters most is in-house, legacy, or has no standard integration.
- Off-the-shelf AI tools have already failed here because they couldn't see your data.
- You have someone internally who can explain the system, or grant access to a test environment.
- Your stack is entirely standard SaaS with good APIs — you probably need less bespoke work than this, and we'll tell you.
- Nobody can grant access to the system in question, in any environment.
- Live integrations today: Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bosta and Paymob. Anything else is built during the engagement.
- We reconcile against a source you trust before anything is built on top.
- The integration and its documentation are yours.
- Each phase is quoted and signed off separately. Unstarted phases are fully refundable.
