What we provide

Scalyax provides AI operating system implementation services and software subscriptions, including Analify and our Shopify applications. The exact scope, fees and timeline for your engagement are set out in your written proposal, which forms part of these terms.

Fees and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Implementation projects are billed per agreed phase. Prices are quoted in EGP or USD and exclude VAT unless stated. An invoice is issued for every payment.

Delivery and sign-off

Projects are delivered in phases; each phase is reviewed and signed off before the next begins. You agree to provide timely access to the systems and information the work depends on. Delays caused by pending access are communicated in writing and may move agreed dates.

Ownership

You keep ownership of your data and of the configuration, memory and operators built for your company. Scalyax retains ownership of its underlying platform, tooling and know-how.

Responsible use and limits

High-impact operator actions require human approval by default; you control which actions are automatic. You are responsible for the instructions and permissions you grant. Our liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid in that period, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Term and termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. On termination we export your data to you on request and delete it within 90 days.

Governing law
