Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a software subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@scalyax.ai. Service continues until the end of the month you already paid for, and is not renewed afterwards. No cancellation fee applies.

When we refund in full

We refund the month in full if a subscription was charged in error or after cancellation, if the service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in that month, or if we cannot deliver the service you paid for.

Implementation projects

Any project phase that has not yet started is fully refundable. Work already delivered and signed off is not refundable. If a project is stopped mid-phase, we invoice only the work completed to that point and refund the balance.

How to request a refund

Email hello@scalyax.ai or call +20 102 250 8487 with your invoice number and the reason. We reply within two business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days, in the currency originally charged. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the amount.
