Digital services only

Scalyax delivers software and professional services electronically. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping charges apply.

Subscriptions

Access to Analify and our Shopify applications is provisioned within one business day of successful payment. You receive a confirmation email with your login details and next steps. Installation of a Shopify app takes effect immediately on approval in your store admin.

Implementation projects

Work begins on the start date named in your proposal — typically within five business days of the first payment. Delivery is remote, in agreed phases, with scheduled review sessions and a written summary at the end of each phase.

Delays

If access to your systems is pending or a dependency is outstanding, we tell you in writing, with a revised date. If we cannot deliver at all, the payment is refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
