Acceptable Use & Security

What operators may not be used for

Scalyax operators may not be used to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages, to process personal data you have no right to use, to impersonate a person without disclosure, or to take automated actions that breach the terms of a connected platform such as Shopify, Meta or a payment provider.

Human control

High-impact and irreversible actions require human approval by default. You decide which actions an operator may take on its own, and you can narrow or revoke that scope at any time.

Security

Connections use encrypted transport and scoped credentials that you can revoke at any moment. Every operator action is logged with its data source, reason and approver, so you can audit exactly what happened and why. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider — Scalyax never stores card numbers.

Enforcement

We may suspend an account that puts customers, partner platforms or the public at risk. We tell you in writing why, and what needs to change to restore service.
