What we collect

Contact details you submit (name, work email, phone, company), billing information processed by our payment provider, basic usage logs of our own product, and the business data you choose to connect to your AI OS — such as records from your store, CRM, ERP, support desk, documents and calls.

How we use it

To deliver and operate the service you bought, to answer your enquiries, to issue invoices, and to keep the platform secure. Your company data is used solely to operate your own Mind and operators. It is never sold, never shared with other clients, and never used to train public models.

Who can see it

Access is restricted to the Scalyax staff assigned to your account, under confidentiality obligations. We use a small number of infrastructure and payment providers to run the service; they process data only on our instructions. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider — Scalyax never stores card numbers.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only where the law requires it (for example, tax records). Connected business data is deleted on request or within 90 days of your contract ending.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@scalyax.ai. We respond within 30 days. You may also revoke any system connection yourself at any moment.
