Continuous operation
Launch is the easy half. This is the half where the OS keeps working when the data shifts, the upstream API changes, the business changes its own rules, and a case shows up that nobody designed for.
Software that reads other people's systems decays. A field gets renamed upstream, a courier changes a status code, a policy is updated in a meeting and never written down — and an operator that was correct last month starts being quietly wrong.
Continuous operation is the standing job of catching that. We watch what the operators are doing, review the actions that were escalated and the ones that weren't, fix what drifted, and feed the corrections back into the Mind so they hold.
It is also where the OS gets wider. The second operator is cheaper than the first because the Mind, the permissions and the approval scaffolding already exist. Most of that expansion happens here rather than in a fresh project.
- Somebody is responsible for the OS being right, and it is us.
- You get a written account of what the operators did, not just a dashboard.
- Corrections go into the Mind, so the same mistake doesn't recur.
- New operators get added here, on scaffolding that already exists.
The things that leave the engagement with you.
Each item below is a deliverable, not an activity — something you can read, run or hand to someone else. You own all of it, including the operators built for you.
Monitoring and alerting
Watching operator behaviour and the connections underneath it, so a broken upstream is caught by us rather than by your customer.
Action review
A regular read of what ran unattended, what was escalated, and what should have been escalated but wasn't.
Drift correction
Upstream schema and policy changes absorbed, and the Mind updated so answers stay consistent.
Written operating report
What happened, what the OS did about it, and what needs a decision from you — in plain language.
Rule and scope changes
When the business changes how it works, the operator charters and approval gates are changed with it.
Expansion
The next operator, built on the Mind and the governance already in place.
Delivered in phases, each one reviewed and signed off before the next begins.
The full engagement runs Understand → Connect → Build the Mind → Deploy operators → Operate → Learn. These are the phases this service does its work in. Any phase that hasn't started yet is fully refundable.
Operate
The OS runs in production and we run with it — this is the phase that never ends.
Learn
Every outcome and correction compounds into memory rather than being lost.
It is more useful to know when this is the wrong buy.
- The OS is now doing work the business depends on, and nobody internally owns keeping it right.
- Your upstream systems change often enough that something will break without anyone watching.
- You want to keep adding operators without opening a new project each time.
- You have an internal team that wants full ownership from day one — in that case we hand over and document, and you run it.
- The OS was built by someone else and we've never seen it. We'd have to assess it first before taking responsibility for it.
- We are a small, hands-on team — issues get founder-and-engineer attention, not a ticket queue.
- Support hours are Sunday to Thursday, 10:00–18:00 EET.
- Every operator action stays logged with source, reason and approver.
- High-impact actions keep needing human approval, permanently — this doesn't loosen over time unless you decide it does.
